The White Morpho (Morpho polyphemus) is a species of butterfly native to Central America and South America, particularly Peru. It's wings are pearlescent. My butterfly wood-slice paintings are done on 1/2 inch pine wood slices approximately 6.5-8 inches in diameter. They are all organically shaped and unique. Each is finished with a glossy resin coating and hanging hardware, ready to brighten up your space.
